The Officers' Installation was held June 6th at St Edward's Chapel. The ceremony was very nicely conducted by our District Deputy. Afterwards, the participants headed over to the Grecian Gardens for dinner and socializing. Our Jun 9th Bowling event was a lot of fun and great success. Proceeds will go to Dollars For Scholars and other charitable organizations. We had 73 Bowlers and 22 Food only attendance totaling to 95 attendance. Special thanks for all that worked and helped in making this event a success! Rich G. Brothers Joe Walko and Ray Norris have achieved Honorary Life Membership in the Knights of Columbus. They were presented with their Life Membership Cards at the May 2018

The Knights held a family bowling night at the Spare Time bowling lanes on April 21st. There were over 20 persons in attendance and bowling. This was a family fun night for all interested in attending and was well received by all.
Some Knights and wives may have been getting tuned up for the upcoming Bowling fundraiser for the Dollars for Scholars to be held on June 9th.
On Saturday June 9 the Knights of Columbus will sponsor a bowling event at Spare Time Entertainment in Clifton Park for the benefit of Dollars for Scholars. The event includes bowling, shoe rental, delicious buffet, raffle prices, and DJ entertainment. Tickets are $40 for everything or just $25 for dinner and entertainment. Thank you for all your help and support for the Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser – according to the final count, this event netted $1848.65. We had a lot of fun in the effort.
The move of this event to Saturday night was a key in the success for this year. It is estimated that we spent about 160 man-hours of efforts. In addition to the income, we provided a large amount of food to three different organizations and a significant amount of bread to the religious education students who were studying the Eucharist. We were fortunate enough to share our table with St Edward’s Spanish community after the 6:30 Mass let out. We had a great time as they brought in some enchiladas and a birthday cake for a youngster.
A special thanks, goes out to Debby Galluppi who was very instrumental in getting a large amount of donations from local businesses – that effort directly increased the profit for this event. Another special thanks goes to the Youth ministry support lead by John Leirey. There efforts were extremely beneficial.
This past Sunday, Dec. 10th, 2017, the Knights Of Columbus of St. Edward’s held their St. Nick’s breakfast. Thank you to all the Knights that assisted this effort. You can find photos from the event below.

The Saint Edwards and Corpus Christi Councils of the Knights of Columbus, would like to thank the Town of Clifton Park and the Clifton Park Soccer Club for their support of our annual Soccer Challenge.
